Stay and Eat
“You’re going to stay and eat with us, aren’t you?” That’s a question I’ve heard and made many a time in Cebah’s kitchen. It was my friend Cathy who suggested I write a bit about food, so this part of the Omnichronic is dedicated to her, and to Cebah, (my mother) in whose kitchen so many great stayings and eatings have taken place.
